Your team records the work as it happens.
Lifts, POs, inspections, NCRs. Your team enters each one once, on site, with a name and a date on it. We put it on the dashboard the same week.
- One-year bug-fix warranty on every implementation
- Setup in 20 days, training in 10
Nine modules. Two portals. One system.
Nine modules for your team, two portals for your vendors and your client. All of them write to the same registers, and every dashboard reads from there. Open one and we show you the workflow, the screens and the full feature list.

Connections
Works with what you already run.
- Primavera P6 · MS ProjectYour schedule stays with your planners. We import the baseline and read progress against it.
- Your accounting or ERPWe keep budget, commitments and cash flow in PMT, and hand invoices and payments to your ledger by scheduled export, or by API where your system has one. We never become your second ledger.
- Excel · PDFYour old trackers and reports come in at setup. Any register goes back out to Excel whenever you want.
- E-ProcurementProcurement progress lands on the executive screen with its source next to it: from E-Procurement, pulled 09:41.
We know EPC projects from the inside.
We ran EPC projects before we built the software.
- We've run energy and industrial EPC projects
- We've chased vendors and expedited POs ourselves
- We built it around real project work, not a demo
- Access-controlled, audited, and yours to export
- We support you in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin

Questions we hear a lot
Does it replace Primavera, MS Project or our Excel trackers?
No. Planning stays in Primavera, MS Project or your existing tool. PMT holds the project records and tracks progress against the plan. It replaces the Excel trackers around your schedule.
How long does implementation take?
Twenty days of setup, then ten days of training on site. We configure it from your contract and import your existing data from Excel, PDF and MS Project.
How is it priced?
Pricing is per project, not per seat. The build includes a one-year bug-fix warranty. After that, a yearly care contract covers the rest of the project.
Where is it hosted and who owns the data?
We host it in Indonesia, or you run it on your own server. Your data stays yours, and you can export it any time.
Can vendors and the client log in?
Yes. We give vendors and your client their own logins, limited to their own packages.
What do you need from our side?
We need one project-control contact, your WBS and phase weights, and your approval flow. We handle the rest.
Is it only for LNG and energy?
No. It works across EPC projects: modules, plants, terminals, marine works and fabrication yards.
Does it connect to our accounting system?
Yes, as a bridge. PMT keeps the project budget, commitments and cash flow. Invoices and payments go to your accounting by scheduled export, or by API where your system has one. Your ledger stays your ledger.
Can we see it on our own project structure before deciding?
Yes. Send us your WBS and we load it into a demo system before the walkthrough.
See it on your project.
A short walkthrough on your own project structure. Send us your WBS and we load it in before the call.
